London by night
LONDON - I’m trying to learn how to photograph night scenes. To be honest, I haven’t got a clue as to what I’m doing. I snapped away the other night and these two seemed like the best ones so far.
Got any advice on how to photograph a city by night?

Nice first night shots!
I think my main advice would be to invest in a decent tripod if you haven’t got one. It will allow you to have the longer shots that you need to capture the city by night. Also take shots in the “blue hour”, that first hour or so after sun down when there’s still some colour in the sky before it turns totally black.
Now if only I could follow my own advice!
